Altura utilized its proprietary OSH based clinical research development model to successfully build a reliable research infrastructure. Customized, OSH specific business and operational plans were developed. Internal investigator and CRC certification programs and training were developed. Altura provided on-going advisory service to help implement, and as needed, adjust the new structure. The OSH research center became fully functional and incorporated the involvement of the entire primary care physician staff as well as other OSH resources such as lab, pharmacy and encounter databases and disease management programs.
