Perform a complete review and analysis of an OSH to determine capabilities and requirements to maintain and grow the clinical research department.

Altura’s Solution

Altura utilized its proprietary assessment model to successfully scrutinize each aspect of the OSH’s infrastructure, facilities and processes. Site visits were conducted and 1-on-1 visits were held with key personnel from all supporting and involved departments. Business & healthcare processes were examined and research experience among staff was assessed. Financial objectives were reviewed with management. Altura provided a final assessment report to the customer’s management team which included strengths/weaknesses, gap analysis and prioritized recommendations for next steps based on customer objectives and Altura's analysis.
