Assess medical group’s ability to conduct research and prepare and present clinical research training program.

Altura’s Solution

Altura visited several facilities and discussed processes/capacities as they relate to research requirements. An assessment of the staff’s overall understanding and interest in conducting clinical trials was conducted and the results were compiled for the management team. Altura successfully developed & conducted four training classes for the research staff, healthcare staff and management to explain the research process and responsibilities as well as numerous considerations related to on-going healthcare operations. This project enabled the medical group to successfully pursue the development of a clinical research center.
