Develop an operational model and related resources for expansion into the managed care arena. Support the implementation of the plan and assist with reaching regional managed care organizations (MCOs).

Altura's Solution

Altura utilized its proprietary managed care based clinical research development model to successfully build a reliable research infrastructure. Customized, managed care specific business and operational plans were developed. Altura supported the integration of the new model with the existing SMO services. The SMO successfully launched their managed care initiative. Altura initiated discussions with and helped enroll multiple MCOs. Altura focused on creating reproducible processes for contracting and integrating with MCOs.
