Perform a complete review and analysis of research center to determine capabilities and requirements to correct operating and business processes and improve operating results.

Altura’s Solution

Altura utilized its proprietary assessment model to successfully scrutinize each aspect of the research center’s infrastructure, facilities and processes. Site visits were conducted and 1-on-1 visits were held with key personnel from all supporting and involved departments. Business/healthcare processes were examined and research experience among staff was assessed. Financial objectives were reviewed with management. Altura provided a final assessment report to the management team which included strengths/weaknesses, gap analysis and prioritized recommendations for next steps based on objectives and Altura analysis. Altura was retained to support and oversee the implementation of suggestions and the development of business and operational plans.
